Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance across all business functions.
  • •Partner with C-suite, VP-, and director-level leaders and People Experience Business Partners to align hiring strategies with organizational priorities and workforce planning.
  • •Lead complex, confidential searches across organizational levels and functions, including executive leadership and specialized roles.
  • •Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, talent mapping, competitive hiring trends, and strategic recruiting recommendations.
  • •Develop sourcing strategies and proactive talent pipelines, facilitate hiring strategy meetings, and drive an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house corporate environment.
  • •Proven success recruiting across multiple business functions and organizational levels, including executive/senior leadership roles.
  • •Experience owning multiple complex and confidential searches simultaneously.
  • •Advanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, and executive search techniques.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish, with knowledge of regional labor markets for the United States, Canada, and LATAM.
