Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor bank reconciliation statements and bank assignments.
  • •Handle supplier and customer accounts by entering invoices, recording payments, and following up.
  • •Ensure the reliability of accounting and analytical charges for supplier invoices.
  • •Monitor and follow up on supporting documents for Procurement and Spendesk cards.
  • •Support employee Expense & Travel Management by reviewing and validating expense and travel reports according to internal policy and tax regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in finance/accounting from a business school, engineering school, or university.
  • •Previous experience in a similar accounting role, preferably at a top accounting firm or in a fast-growing startup/scale-up.
  • •Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • •Strong grasp of French accounting rules and comfort with Office tools, including Excel.
  • •Comfortable handling detail-oriented, organized work; proactive, pragmatic, and eager to grow in a close-knit team.
