Job Summary

Own and prioritise an Agile squad’s backlog for a consumer product, ensuring user stories are clearly defined, estimated, and ready for delivery with acceptance criteria. Lead agile delivery and cross-functional alignment across PI planning and sprint ceremonies while monitoring metrics, managing risks/dependencies, and maintaining regulatory compliance to deliver strategic value.

•Own and prioritise the Agile squad backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, estimated, and delivery-ready with clear acceptance criteria.
•Act as the main liaison for stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and delivery commitments and incorporating feedback into future priorities.
•Represent the customer voice by translating business and customer needs into actionable backlog items using user insights to guide product decisions.
•Drive Agile delivery and cross-functional alignment by participating in PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and collaborating with Product Owners, Tribe Leads, and Centres of Excellence.
•Ensure product success through continuous improvement: monitor key metrics, manage risks and dependencies, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver strategic business value.

•2–4 years’ experience in agile delivery roles with practical knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.

•Build stakeholder relationships by gathering/validating requirements and facilitating workshops to drive delivery.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to track performance metrics, identify risks, and maintain delivery momentum.
