Key Responsibilities

•Set strategic direction for the Health and Talent Business Governance and Operations team and translate strategy into goals supported by a delivery roadmap with measurable outcomes.
•Own governance and control frameworks covering decision-making, audit, risk, compliance and controls, ensuring clarity and accountability across governance forums and processes.
•Drive operational excellence by standardising, simplifying and automating processes to improve productivity and ensure operations are scalable and resilient.
•Lead annual budget ownership and multi-year financial planning, maintaining accurate forecasts and proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
•Define KPIs/MI and reporting for executive decision-ready insights, and lead organisational design and talent/capacity planning with effective performance management.

Key Requirements

•Deep knowledge of business governance and operations in a regulated professional services or financial services environment.
•Strong governance framework expertise, including decision-making structures, risk management, audit, compliance and internal controls.
•Solid financial acumen across budgeting, forecasting and multi-year financial planning aligned to strategy.
•Experience defining and using MI/KPIs and performance reporting to support executive decision-making.
•Knowledge of organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
