Job Summary

Oversee the full lifecycle of DoD, International, and Commercial contracts, ensuring compliance while minimizing risk and optimizing performance. Manage CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ (FAR/DFARS), and Other Transaction Agreements, including proposal support, negotiation, contract modifications, and close-out. Partner closely with legal, proposal, accounting, business operations, program, and engineering teams, and provide contract briefs and FAR/DFARS guidance to program leaders.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute contract management throughout the life of each contract.
•Complete contract review and acceptance, including contract modifications and close-out.
•Oversee contract proposal planning and support preparation of proposals.
•Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
•Negotiate complex contractual terms with federal agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, government, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience managing full life-cycle CPFF, FFP, and T&M government and commercial contracts.
•Strong working knowledge of US Government contracting, including FAR/DFARS experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, with U.S. Person status required to access export-controlled data.
