Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, test, and operate capabilities across the Momentum product from meeting capture through insights and customer experiences.
  • •Develop robust backend services, APIs, and event-driven workflows for enterprise-scale reliability in a multi-tenant environment.
  • •Contribute to frontend experiences using modern JavaScript and component-based frameworks, including Lightning Web Components when applicable.
  • •Process and manage high-volume conversation, recording, transcript, and insight data securely and efficiently.
  • •Use test-driven development and CI/CD tooling, monitor production behavior, and participate in architecture and code reviews to improve reliability and operational readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 154,700 - 212,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •A related technical degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years of backend software development experience.
  • •Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C++, Go, C#, Ruby, Scala, Python, Node.js, or JavaScript.
  • •Broad knowledge of web standards for APIs (REST, SOAP, XML, WSDL, HTTP, JSON, etc.).
  • •Experience with Spring and gRPC, plus REST and the HTTP protocol, and an AI-first approach to engineering using AI tools in development workflows.
