Deliver exceptional consumer service and educate shoppers on Crocs products, promotions, and events using the C.H.A.R.M. service model. Support store goals by contributing to a positive team environment, learning multiple retail departments, and assisting with daily operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown, loyalty programs, and store presentation.
