Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle and coordinate Data Rights requests, primarily Subject Access Requests (SARs).
  • •Identify and interpret customer requirements and help resolve underlying issues for data subjects.
  • •Support workload prioritisation to meet regulatory and internal deadlines with high accuracy.
  • •Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to deliver positive outcomes.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of GDPR, customer rights, and relevant regulatory requirements, and support continuous process improvement.
