Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design across multiple geographic regions with internal and external staff
  • •Deliver updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones
  • •Coordinate, manage, and supervise the work of support staff
  • •Review proposed design changes/new technologies and prepare estimates within appropriate accuracy levels
  • •Deliver Life Cycle Costing models and support SOX control responsibilities where applicable

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • •Experience in a construction cost management role such as Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Cost Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Cost Controls etc.
  • •Experience providing conceptual estimating services and/or pre-construction services at a construction management or related firm
  • •Experience supporting large scale construction projects and programs
