Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build full stack features for the web platform, overseeing libraries, design system architecture, and testable features.
  • •Own roadmap collaboration with engineering/product/design leads, write technical documentation, and set up infrastructure.
  • •Balance short-term shipping with long-term technical strategy, addressing tech debt and improving infrastructure and processes.
  • •Improve engineering team effectiveness by defining processes and refining interview practices.
  • •Assist in building the team by interviewing and recruiting engineers and contributing to company culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience building complex web applications as a lead developer.
  • •Proven track record delivering full-stack features using modern tools.
  • •Experience with our tech stack: React, Typescript, Golang (bonus familiarity).
  • •Ability to design thoughtful software architecture and balance quick shipping with long-term reliability.
  • •Willingness to mentor others, contribute to process improvements, and work in person in New York.
