Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and run pre-payroll QA checks across assigned countries, including data validation, variance analysis, and headcount reconciliation.
  • •Enforce input cut-off compliance, flag missing/late inputs, and ensure exceptions are escalated through the right workflow.
  • •Maintain QA audit checklists, identify duplicate records/anomalies, and complete month-over-month variance investigations.
  • •Validate payroll outputs post-run and perform reconciliations (payroll vs bank totals, payroll vs Finance GL, accrual validation).
  • •Ensure statutory compliance and vendor quality governance while monitoring KPIs, owning QA scorecards and risk heatmaps, and driving continuous improvement via SOP updates and onboarding.

Key Requirements

  • •Execute pre-payroll QA checks across assigned countries, including input validation, variance analysis, and headcount reconciliation before each payroll run.
  • •Enforce input cut-off compliance, apply mandatory field validation, and escalate exceptions through the approval workflow.
  • •Conduct month-over-month variance analysis using defined thresholds and maintain the QA Audit Checklist for each payroll cycle.
  • •Perform post-payroll validation and reconciliation, including gross-to-net checks, payslip sampling, register reviews, and bank/Finance GL reconciliation.
  • •Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on payroll errors, documentation within required timelines.
