Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design and evolution of the shared chat design system (foundations, components, and composed patterns) across Figma, web, iOS, and Android.
  • •Design the AI assistant experience end-to-end, including entry points, conversation patterns, streaming states, and structured UI moments.
  • •Partner with engineering and content design to define contracts governing what the assistant can say and how the design system renders it.
  • •Review and guide partner product team integrations to ensure they compose with shared building blocks rather than forking the system.
  • •Prototype in code to validate AI interaction patterns (streaming, interruption, error recovery, latency states) at the required fidelity.
