Key Responsibilities

  • •Weld cable tray ladders and fittings and support assembly activities for the cable tray department.
  • •Direct and assist Assembler II’s with assembling ladders.
  • •Operate welding units, machinery, and presses safely and proficiently, making minor adjustments as needed.
  • •Perform repetitive fastening tasks using bolts, screws, clips, and hand tools; remove excess weld and imperfections.
  • •Read and interpret engineering drawings and shop drawings; support LEAN/Continuous Improvement (5S, visual management, Kaizen).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
