Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and delivery of Private Bank marketing activity across South Asia, differentiating by client segment with a focus on premium events and experiences.
  • •Own the strategy and annual event calendar for South Asia, including regular travel to plan and execute on-the-ground delivery.
  • •Manage end-to-end event delivery, including concept development, programme/content design, stakeholder alignment, vendor sourcing, production, run-of-show, guest management, and follow-up.
  • •Embed event tracking discipline by defining objectives and KPIs, managing registration/attendance/engagement tracking, capturing feedback, and providing post-event reporting with ROI/impact analysis.
  • •Develop integrated marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels; drive martech-enabled execution (audiences/targeting, journeys, workflows, channel deployment) and manage owned/paid performance with KPI optimization and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including end-to-end events/experiential management, ideally in private banking/wealth management, financial services, or premium/luxury sectors.
  • •Track record delivering multi-market/regional programmes and operating in complex matrix organizations.
  • •Strategic execution across concepting, budgeting, delivery, and post-activity ROI/performance analysis for events, sponsorships, and thought-leadership forums.
  • •Knowledge of marketing governance in regulated environments, including conduct considerations, data privacy, and regional guidelines for client communications and digital advertising.
