Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage Inflight Managers and administrative support staff to achieve reliability metrics and operational success.
  • •Collaborate with Operations Managers and the Regional Director to support day-to-day base operations and base success.
  • •Interpret and apply corporate policies, procedures, and the APFA collective bargaining agreement, working with Base Manager and local APFA representatives for interest-based decisions.
  • •Strategize to decrease delays, ensure on-time departures, and enhance the flight attendant and customer experience in collaboration with key station personnel and Inflight Dining and Service.
  • •Coach, counsel, develop, and mentor the management team and staff to ensure policy compliance and to reduce costs and increase internal customer service.
