Job Summary

Maximize flyadeal’s ancillary revenue by turning financial and operational data into actionable insights. Analyze performance to uncover revenue opportunities and optimization actions across ancillary products, pricing, distribution, and customer experience. Manage RFP processes for new providers (where applicable) and monitor third-party provider performance, including SLA compliance and customer feedback. Deliver regular performance reports with commercial recommendations and maintain competitor/market intelligence to support continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Support maximization of ancillary revenue performance across product streams.
•Analyze financial and operational data to identify revenue opportunities, performance gaps, and optimization actions.
•Manage and maintain RFP processes (where applicable) for new ancillary product providers in line with governance and procurement standards.
•Monitor day-to-day performance of third-party ancillary providers, including revenue tracking, SLA compliance, and customer feedback.
•Prepare and present regular performance reports and maintain competitor and market intelligence to guide ongoing product optimization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in airline ancillary revenue, hospitality/travel product optimization, e-commerce or digital product development, or revenue/commercial analytics.
•Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
•Ability to make data-driven decisions and apply solid financial and commercial understanding.
•Experience using analytical tools and performance dashboards.
