Remediation Department Manager

Lead environmental remediation operations and drive higher-return, lower-risk growth across the Gulf Coast and South-Central markets. Build client relationships in Oil & Gas, Energy, and Industrial segments, maintain market intelligence, and oversee complex projects to ensure delivery quality, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction. Manage budgets and pipeline performance using KPIs/analytics while leading and developing a multidisciplinary team across multiple offices to scale capabilities and build future leaders.
