Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor responsibilities, including maintaining knowledge of handled commodities and complying with company policies and regulations.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and operating loading/unloading processes with appropriate equipment.
  • •Control and monitor load-out functions and understand/operate automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Conduct and record daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks; inspect equipment for leaks and follow maintenance procedures.
  • •Maintain inventory quality and facility cleanliness, perform warehouse/grounds maintenance, report customer complaints and safety concerns, and promote a strong safety culture.
