Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach. Meet personal and store sales goals by building client relationships, recommending products, and driving cross-sell and upsell. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling while maintaining service and asset-protection standards.
