Staff Manufacturing Engineer, Roadrunner

Own the manufacturing value chain for a counter-UAS VTOL product, from prototyping through high-volume deployment. Drive design-for-manufacturability feedback, tool design and selection, and the creation and optimization of high-rate production lines. Lead manufacturing requirements for mechanical fabrication and avionics, embed quality management, document build processes, and collaborate with planning teams to meet capacity needs. Support scaling via supplier travel, metric-driven continuous improvement, and training junior staff.
