Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead manufacturing from initial prototyping through full-scale production for a set of Roadrunner products.
  • •Partner with design engineers to apply design-for-manufacturing best practices and enable the transition from design to prototype to rate production.
  • •Lead mechanical fabrication and avionics manufacturing requirements with design-for-manufacturability expertise.
  • •Own hardware manufacturing documentation at scale (e.g., MBOMs, work instructions, requirements).
  • •Lead quality management and manufacturing improvement initiatives, including capacity planning and continuous improvement metrics.

Key Requirements
