Principal Subcontracts Specialist

Interpret complex internal and external business issues in the subcontracts discipline and recommend best practices. Independently solve subcontract-related problems and support teams or projects as a recognized subcontract specialist. Evaluate and recommend proposals using rates, cost structures, and delivery schedules; administer subcontract functions for project bids; ensure compliance with subcontract policies, procedures, and contracting requirements. Prepare subcontracting activity reports, presentations, and project flow-downs from the prime contract.
