  • •Empower your team by acting as the point of contact, removing obstacles, and creating an environment focused on developer tools and platforms.
  • •Own delivery of your team’s DevEx roadmap, including CI/CD and build systems, cloud registries, static/dynamic code analysis, and automated vulnerability analysis.
  • •Bridge engineering and developer productivity by defining DevEx roadmap/priorities, scoping initiatives, estimating effort, and driving prioritization.
  • •Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, system design, coding, peer reviews, and technical decision-making for developer tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience in Developer Experience (DevEx), DevOps, or related fields.
  • •Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go) and experience with infrastructure as code tools.
  • •Experience building and leading high-performing teams in developer tooling or infrastructure.
  • •Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), build systems, container registries, and developer tooling.
