•Empower your team by acting as the point of contact, removing obstacles, and creating an environment focused on developer tools and platforms.
•Own delivery of your team’s DevEx roadmap, including CI/CD and build systems, cloud registries, static/dynamic code analysis, and automated vulnerability analysis.
•Bridge engineering and developer productivity by defining DevEx roadmap/priorities, scoping initiatives, estimating effort, and driving prioritization.
•Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, system design, coding, peer reviews, and technical decision-making for developer tooling.
•Define and evolve team processes and execution rituals, improve team culture, and increase bus factor via knowledge sharing and documentation.

•5+ years of professional experience in Developer Experience (DevEx), DevOps, or related fields.
•Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go) and experience with infrastructure as code tools.
•Experience building and leading high-performing teams in developer tooling or infrastructure.
•Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), build systems, container registries, and developer tooling.
