•Write code and build AI agents for internal systems and workflows.
•Translate strategy into automated workflows, programmatic outbound, and custom internal tools.
•Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ship v1 quickly and iterate.
•Design and implement well-architected systems either from v1 to v100 or fully from scratch.
•Prototype and evaluate AI-driven workflows, including whether a CRM is needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually

•Have 3+ years of engineering, growth product management, or technical RevOps experience.
•Write code in Python, JavaScript, and SQL and be comfortable working with APIs.
