Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate strategy into automated workflows, programmatic outbound, and custom internal tools.
  • •Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ship v1 quickly and iterate.
  • •Design and implement well-architected systems either from v1 to v100 or fully from scratch.
  • •Prototype and evaluate AI-driven workflows, including whether a CRM is needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Know how to orchestrate agent workflows that continue improving in production, not just demos.
  • •Have built with tools such as OpenClaw, Claude Managed Agents, and Claude Code.
  • •Understand and can implement architectures like Thin Harness, Fat Skills.
  • •Have 3+ years of engineering, growth product management, or technical RevOps experience.
  • •Write code in Python, JavaScript, and SQL and be comfortable working with APIs.
