Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic finance partner to Retail Banking leaders, providing insights and recommendations for business decisions.
  • •Lead budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and performance tracking across Retail Banking targets and KPIs.
  • •Prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) and provide analytical commentary and performance reviews.
  • •Build financial models to assess scenarios and support profitability analysis by client, product, and segment, including new product launch viability assessments.
  • •Lead and develop the Retail Banking Financial Planning & Analysis team, ensuring compliance with regulations, reporting standards, and internal policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis / finance business partnering within banking or financial services.
  • •Leadership experience in a role managing or leading FP&A functions.
  • •Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and banking products and services.
  • •Preferred: CMA, CPA, or CFA certification; and Retail Banking or UAE market experience.
