Source and recruit diverse, high-quality talent across the Go-to-Market organization by designing targeted sourcing strategies and creative outbound campaigns. You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and improve pipeline quality. Conduct competitive intelligence (market mapping, compensation trends, hiring activity, and competitor analysis), experiment with new sourcing techniques and AI tools, and build long-term candidate relationships while representing the brand with an exceptional candidate experience.
