Supervise and lead a team of production employees, setting priorities and providing technical and managerial leadership. Own production scheduling and milestone meetings, track performance metrics, and drive cycle-time improvements. Lead operational meetings to align with tactical/strategic plans, address operations issues impacting customer satisfaction, and ensure conformance to customer/vendor requirements. Implement training (including EHS), manage performance and development, and drive Lean, safety, and quality initiatives while optimizing production capacity.
