Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate batching of samples for Reliability testing/Parallel Processing and gather failure information/background.
  • •Perform 1st level failure verification, benchtop/IV analysis, and correlate failure information to backend test results.
  • •Operate specified test equipment (Magnum5, Advantest, and internal Micron testers) and prepare samples and test setups for evaluations.
  • •Record test results in a database and determine fail type (electrical, functional), including detailed failure mode and pin/register information.
  • •Coordinate with QRA/Manufacturing teams to acquire needed test equipment and manage product logistics and inventory tracking for returned and reliability samples.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • •Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • •Strong collaboration, teamwork, attention to detail, and operational discipline.
  • •Ability to work shift if required and strong communication for coordination with engineers and operations teams.
  • •Proficiency in word/data processing software like Excel and Word.
