Senior Manager - ESG Risk (Abu Dhabi, AE, 939)

Manage the integration of ESG principles into the Bank’s credit risk management framework across selected groups. Develop and implement ESG policies, align credit practices to risk appetite and regulatory expectations, and embed ESG into client selection, transaction assessment, and portfolio monitoring. Lead ESG framework implementation, scorecard assessments, enhanced due diligence, external consultant management, and system changes for ESG policy monitoring, including UAT support and policy training for business and credit teams.
