Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead solution design for MES for ATP implementation projects, translating customer manufacturing processes into MES functional/technical architecture.
  • •Interface with customers to gather and validate requirements and provide expert MES capabilities and system design consulting.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally across application engineering, infrastructure (OS/DBA), and integration/automation teams for end-to-end delivery alignment.
  • •Identify and manage technical risks during delivery, review design/deployment approach, and ensure compliance with quality processes and audit requirements.
  • •Produce and maintain design documentation (solution architecture, interface design, SRS, functional design) and define best-practice reusable frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electronics & Industry, or MBA with an Information System background (or related fields).
  • •5+ years of experience in MES/CIM/manufacturing systems for semiconductor production environments (FE/BE); LCD/LED or electronics environments are a plus.
  • •Strong knowledge of MES platforms and ATP domain knowledge, including 300works or similar.
  • •Experience with system architecture, integration, and large-scale deployment, plus solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (FE and BE).
  • •Flexibility to travel worldwide (especially China) and demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills with customer-facing consulting experience.
