Job Summary

Lead and coach a branch team to deliver excellent client service while driving growth for small business relationships. Own branch operations and compliance by guiding teams on operational and regulatory procedures, security, and timely completion of branch tasks. Execute the Branch Playbook to meet branch goals, manage staffing and scheduling, and develop sales performance through coaching, joint sales calls, and performance management.

•Drive business growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics, leading the branch team to meet activity and outcome expectations.
•Lead and develop the branch team, ensuring understanding of products/services, the sales and service process, and the competitive landscape.
•Manage branch staffing and scheduling, including recruiting/identifying talent, onboarding, and deploying teammates to other branches as needed.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls by providing guidance to the team and completing branch operational tasks on time.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales capacity with demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.
•Minimum 3 years of demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
•General understanding of financial statements and concepts.
•Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Demonstrated ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business, including influencing business partners and strong public speaking skills.
