Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full day-to-day ownership of the ATC platform, including prioritization, roadmap, and feature development.
  • •Identify and fix immediate pain points by closing feature gaps that force staff into off-platform workarounds.
  • •Build and maintain product metrics and funnels to guide decisions and catch issues before users report them.
  • •Partner deeply with operations to understand what matters most and help move Andela forward.
  • •Maintain platform QA and manage communications with customers, working closely with engineering to uphold a high quality bar.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product experience with a clear track record of owning a product and shipping measurable value.
  • •Experience managing products where operations teams are core users and failures have real business consequences.
  • •Strong cross-functional leadership, with the ability to ask detailed, insightful questions to uncover true requirements.
  • •Deep curiosity about AI’s impact on the industry, with hands-on use of modern AI tooling in your workflow.
  • •At least 6 hours of daily overlap with US West Coast hours (8 AM–2 PM PT).
