Key Responsibilities

•Identify strategic opportunities in France where TikTok’s capabilities and ecosystem can contribute to relevant public policy priorities and societal challenges.
•Develop and execute high-impact initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships demonstrating TikTok’s positive contribution to society and local communities.
•Build and maintain trusted relationships with ministries, government agencies, independent authorities, educational institutions, research organisations, NGOs, and trade associations.
•Serve as programme owner across the full lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement, implementation, evaluation, and scaling.
•Lead operational delivery and governance for initiatives, including planning, timelines, risk management, procurement, budget oversight, impact reporting, and managing external agencies.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience leading complex strategic programmes, campaigns, or multi-stakeholder initiatives within a large corporation, trade association, consultancy, foundation, NGO, or comparable organisation.
•Ability to translate high-level strategic objectives into concrete programmes with measurable impact.
•Proven experience engaging senior external stakeholders and building partnerships with public institutions, government bodies, and civil society organisations.
•Strong programme and project management experience, including ownership of planning, governance, procurement, budget management, agency oversight, and delivery.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
