Director, Engineering Program Management

Lead and scale technical program management for Search, Discovery, and Content AI initiatives, owning execution of cross-functional priorities across the organization. Build and develop a team of senior and principal technical program managers, establishing accountability and continuous improvement. Own the operating rhythm—planning, tracking, dependencies, and finance partnership—while serving as a trusted partner to Product and Engineering leadership to drive clarity, decisions, and follow-through.
