Key Responsibilities

  • •Craft executive-level communications to support IT projects and initiatives.
  • •Own documentation intake from multiple stakeholders and prioritize completion of final products.
  • •Meet with stakeholders to intake requirements and translate them into Behavior Driven Development user stories.
  • •Act as Scrum Master for appropriate DevOps/Agile ceremonies, including coordination, execution, documentation, and reporting on test activities.
  • •Coordinate, execute, document, and report on testing and functional analysis to support systems interfaces, and help resolve test defects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Experience in JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics.

  • •Proficient in both technical writing and Business Analyst aspects.
