Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end ownership of the AV Managed Switch & Pro AV portfolio from ideation and validation through launch and iteration.
  • •Define long-term product vision and maintain a coherent roadmap, including pricing and forecasting strategy.
  • •Write PRDs, user stories, and functional specs, balancing technical constraints with user needs and trade-offs.
  • •Coordinate go-to-market readiness across marketing, manufacturing, sales, AV partner manufacturers, and support teams.
  • •Represent and reconcile needs across engineering, channel partners, and global customers, and contribute to engineering discussions on AV protocols and integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience, ideally in AV-over-IP, networking devices, or management platforms.
  • •Demonstrated experience shipping products in technically complex, UX-sensitive AV markets.
  • •Strong writing skills to produce PRDs, user stories, MRDs, and business cases.
  • •Technical fluency in AV protocols and networking concepts such as multicast, QoS, and PTP, including ST2110 and device integration.
  • •Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influence across Engineering, QA, and Marketing in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
