Senior Conversation Designer - Experience Content Design

Design end-to-end conversational experiences for Spotify’s AI-driven products, shaping dialogue flows, turn-taking, context handling, and recovery paths. Engineer and refine prompts to guide generative behavior, translate product requirements into conversational system design, and prototype with LLMs to test constraints and failure modes. Build evaluation frameworks to measure conversation quality and impact, while collaborating across product, engineering, research, and content design to deliver safe, human-centered experiences.
