Lead PDP solution development with Applied Global Services (AGS), serving as the AGS focal within the PDP ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with AGS to develop and implement PDP solutions for Applied Global Services.
•Serve as AGS’ representative in development of next-generation PDP, coordinating with AGS product/service teams and SMEs.
•Translate AGS strategy into executable roadmaps, prioritizing for impact and setting success metrics.
•Drive enterprise programs using program management practices (requirements translation, risk management, governance, and stakeholder management).
•Oversee organization change management (communication planning, coaching, adoption, and resistance management) to meet timeline goals.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 154,000 - 212,000 annually

•5+ years hands-on program/project management in technical and business environments.
•5+ years experience in AGS with deep network and knowledge.
•Strong communication, executive presence, and ability to influence without authority.
