Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and production of electrical systems within buildings, including overseeing drawings and engineering deliverables.
  • •Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with regional and national regulations and contract terms.
  • •Contribute to office strategic goals: performance appraisal, mentoring, and development of 3-year strategic plans including market and people.
  • •Analyse office financial and non-financial performance, track variances, support claims awareness, and manage scope/variations across multiple projects.
  • •Represent and develop business with lead countries and industry organizations; lead pricing and proposal/pursuits, and embed future-ready and sustainable mindset into projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent (Master’s or PhD may also be required).
  • •Professional chartership/registration within the jurisdiction.
  • •Typically 10–12 years’ experience with strong knowledge of local and international standards, particularly the Australian Code.
  • •Experience preparing and reviewing complex technical information and mentoring others; ability to approve and sign off on work.
  • •Competence in digital engineering, BIM-based interdisciplinary coordination, and applying digital tools/software to deliver projects.
