Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet personal and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while following service and asset protection standards.
