Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and govern the ERM framework, including policies, procedures, and implementation across agencies, sectors, and departments.
  • •Integrate ERM with strategic planning and scenario development, including RTA-level strategic risk scenarios and opportunity-oriented program plans.
  • •Lead periodic enterprise risk assessments and strategic/operational risk reviews, ensuring mitigation strategies and follow-through.
  • •Govern enterprise-wide risk record maintenance and oversee risk reporting to the Director General and Chairman.
  • •Lead and manage the section team, including allocating roles, monitoring delivery, identifying skills gaps, and coordinating targeted development plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • •9+ years of experience with a Master’s degree (11+ years with a Bachelor’s degree).
  • •Experience establishing ERM governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and action plans.
  • •Experience leading enterprise risk reporting and governance across multiple agencies, sectors, and departments.
  • •Experience building risk culture through risk-awareness programs, training, and performance measures.
