Construction Operations Manager (Syria, SY)

Oversee construction operations to keep projects on schedule and on budget. Create and manage operational schedules, lead and develop operations teams and subcontractors, and coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Establish operating policies, manage budgets and cost estimation, negotiate and prepare contracts and agreements, and ensure compliance with local rules. Support HSE initiatives, risk management, and incident reporting in line with company and IMS policies.
