Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee operations and programs at the work site, including coordination with other coordinators in larger facilities.
  • •Direct long- and short-term strategic planning and budget development aligned to business goals.
  • •Develop and implement operating policies and ensure adequate execution while complying with local rules and regulations.
  • •Oversee operational phases, contractor schedules, contract negotiation and preparation, cost estimation, and risk management/legal documentation.
  • •Lead the operations team, manage personnel allocation across projects, support staffing, and implement HSE initiatives including safety awareness and incident resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience with 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or another engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical).
  • •Professional Qualification in Engineering and Operations Management or MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Strong leadership to manage teams and subcontractors, with effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
