Partner with the TikTok Shop User Growth team to manage budgeting end-to-end, including forecasting, efficiency analysis, performance recaps, and risk control. Provide financial modelling, research, and deep-dive analysis to support strategic decisions and day-to-day operations. Continuously improve budget management processes and systems, and deliver special ad hoc projects alongside business development progress.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the team’s full budget management process, including forecasting, budgeting, efficiency analysis, performance recap, and risk control.
•Work with business and strategy teams to provide financial modelling, forecasting, research, and analysis for business decisions.
•Optimise budget management processes and track key metrics/targets to help the team achieve objectives.
•Provide accurate, on-time tracking of business financial performance and conduct deep-dive analysis.
•Build and optimise financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks, and complete ad hoc projects with business development progress.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Finance BP, FP&A, or related analytical experience.
•Experience with complex financial planning and analysis.
•Exceptional analysis, modelling, and research skills.
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
•Fluency in Mandarin to interact with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders; English proficiency may be limited.
