Job Summary

Lead the adoption and scaling of AI/ML capabilities across Wealth, Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking by translating business needs into production-ready AI solution designs. Partner with business and technology leaders to evaluate AI opportunities, deliver AI-enabled products from concept to production, and guide engineering teams on AI architecture and software design decisions. Present demos and recommendations to stakeholders while aligning with enterprise AI organizations and driving governance best practices.

•Partner with business and technology teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases.
•Translate business needs into scalable AI solution designs and implementation plans.
•Lead delivery of AI-enabled products and solutions from concept through production.
•Provide technical leadership to engineers, contractors, and delivery teams.
•Guide AI and software architecture/design/implementation decisions and present demos and recommendations to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 148,495 - 174,700 annually
