Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project set-up, including contract finalisation, internal alignment, and team mobilisation.
  • •Define and manage scope and variations, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • •Act as primary client interface; lead workshops, presentations, and executive-level reporting while managing risks and issues.
  • •Develop and manage detailed programmes aligned to milestones, coordinating design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • •Establish and lead risk and commercial management (risk register, budget, invoicing, and financial reporting) through project close-out.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field.
  • •13+ years professional experience delivering complex mixed-use, commercial, or large-scale developments.
  • •Proven track record delivering complex multidisciplinary projects from Concept through IFC and construction.
  • •Demonstrable experience delivering complex multidisciplinary projects across all project lifecycle stages.
  • •Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
