Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, monitor, and adjust daily production activities so the agreed production plan is realized with optimized work-in-progress and stock levels.
  • •Secure material availability for planned production activities over a four-week horizon; mitigate and escalate shortages and define structural improvements.
  • •Coordinate logistical material flow from warehouse to the work center on time and in full.
  • •Report production progress, identify risks and impacts to output and planned starts for the next week, and propose mitigations.
  • •Track shift planning KPIs, create Excel analysis reports (pivot tables and charts), drive root-cause actions, and act as a subject matter expert for planning processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain management, or communications, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum two years of experience in planning and/or supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum one year experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
  • •Minimum one year experience with stakeholder management.
  • •Knowledge of Lean methodology or other continuous improvement methods.
