Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead licensing activities for Extended Power Uprate projects, ensuring compliance with NRC regulations, site licensing bases, and industry standards.
  • •Develop and manage licensing strategies, submittals, and responses to NRC Requests for Additional Information (RAIs).
  • •Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, and Site Operations to align technical deliverables with licensing requirements.
  • •Serve as the primary interface with NRC, INPO, DOE, and industry peer groups on licensing matters.
  • •Direct preparation, review, and approval of License Amendment Requests (LARs), safety evaluations, and supporting analyses.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •10+ years in engineering or projects, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • •Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on large projects (preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of NRC, INPO, and industry codes/standards (ASME, IEEE, ANSI, NERC).
  • •Proven EPC / Owner’s Engineer oversight and regulatory interface experience.
