R2R Process Lead

Lead end-to-end R2R (Record-to-Report) process analysis and redesign, applying market best practices to improve efficiency, quality, controls, and KPIs. Identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities (including RPA and agent use cases), support time and motion measurement, and run root cause analysis to drive corrective actions. Partner with MGS and local organizations to gather feedback and execute scope harmonization aligned to the Target Model.
