Insurance Professional – Sales and Service

Provide customer service, sales, and retention for USAA Property & Casualty personal line insurance products. Handle inbound and outbound contacts across phone/email channels, assist members with quotes and policy changes, diagnose issues to minimize transfers and callbacks, and operate in a contact center environment while navigating multiple systems. Complete a paid six-month training program (including licensing support), then work offsite two days per week after training.
