Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver end-to-end project controls services for large, complex, and mega projects, managing success criteria for time, cost, and performance.
  • •Implement project governance, processes, and systems across the project lifecycle.
  • •Lead cross-functional project controls inputs in a matrix environment and manage the flow of project information from disciplines.
  • •Monitor and improve project performance using KPI-based performance management techniques.
  • •Manage change control processes, monitor project finances, and serve as the day-to-day interface to meet client objectives within time and cost targets and required quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in project controls roles delivering construction projects.
  • •Experience in planning & scheduling and cost management.
  • •Experience with risk management, change control information management and reporting for complex projects.
  • •Working knowledge of proprietary cost management systems.
  • •Ability to manage and mentor a team of project controls specialists and support training for junior staff.
