Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, review, and process purchase orders accurately and on time for assigned vendors and SKUs.
  • •Coordinate with vendors on order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
  • •Execute MRP/Kinaxis exception messages (postponement, anticipation, cancellation) and manage internal escalations.
  • •Monitor inventory levels daily to ensure part availability, following up and analyzing MRP recommendations.
  • •Maintain accurate ERP records and documentation; resolve supplier invoice issues and support timely resolution of daily transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or be a university student in final term (or 90% credits) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of clerical experience in procurement, sourcing, material management, or related areas.
  • •ERP experience with MAPICS, SAP, Oracle, MS Office (advanced), Kinaxis, and/or Vista.
  • •Basic understanding of material management processes and negotiation.
  • •Strong attention to detail and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize multiple requests.
